It's been a while that I stop writing things. I start to realised when a Taiwanese guest lecturer came in to the class. He shared things about the dual degree and student exchange stuffs. I was interested to join their student exchange program which make me remember that I should have blog or social media to share if I went abroad. Actually, my friend and I have been thinking to make blog or blog for the student exchange period. Even before the idea comes up, we were thinking to become a food blogger *which was totally fail*
I start to think what I left back then. I loved writing, capturing photos, and playing music. The only activity that still remains is playing music. I was quite bored with playing instruments, that I liked to keep playing different instruments. However, I stopped on drums. I love drums very much that I never get bored of it. Maybe I was just tired and not practicing for days, but at the end I would come back and played the drums. Back to our last topic which is writing and photographing, I was interested to get my old habits back. It feels like I'm coming back to my normal routines. Is it good or bad? It depends on what normal is defined.
During my one-year-absence, I was working out on my body in order for me to get my ideal type of body *of course it biases to my preference on kind of slim* I use Kayla Itsines BBG (Bikini Body Guide) instead of using personal trainer because I can adjust my time to my activities and yet I would get my dream body shape. Previously, I used PT for 12 meetings and it was done great in term of my weight. However, when I do BBG (4 weeks of Pre-BBG training and 2 weeks of BBG) I find that my body mass increases as the body being shaped. For bonus, I lose my weight, but sometimes I ate more that I should have eaten that my weight keep going up and down :( Honestly, it is okay to treat yourself with delicious fatty food once in a while, which I've done that this morning. HAHA. So here's my lunch.
